If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and payment details so that we can process and fulfil your order and provide you with a personalized shopping experience. All personal data is dealt with confidentially and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g. carriers). We will ask for your telephone number to be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

DISCOUNTS & OFFERS
Discount codes and offers will be available from time to time. Each discount may have specific guidelines with geographical and age requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated; these will be according to Indian Standard Time (IST) and discounts outside these times will not be accepted. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative will be given. Only one offer per customer and if any purchases bought as part of a promotion are returned, the customer will receive a refund of the total value paid shown on their purchase receipt. TRIGGSIRE reserves the right to amend or change any offer or discount at any time without notification.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until TRIGGSIRE has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2 weeks. We operate Monday through Saturday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
PAYMENT & DUTIES
You can pay online using Cashfree or CC avenue. If you order from India, prices include GST @ 18%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
LAW
Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Indian law by Chennai City courts. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
